your timeline

Read your career like a scrapbook.

Eras, not just years. Your chapters cluster naturally — a travel run, a school stretch, the bedside years — and the shape of your career shows itself.

who uses it

For the nine years already behind you — and the ones still to come.

Whether you’re three shifts in or thirty years deep, your story is worth keeping.

Working RN

Stop forgetting where you’ve been.

You’ve worked four units, three hospitals, two cities. Your résumé tells one version. Chapters tells the real one.

“I forgot I’d been a charge nurse on nights for six months until I scrolled back.”— Mara, ICU · Denver
Student / new grad

Veteran nurse

Hand the next nurse a map.

Print the volume. Pass it to your kid heading into nursing school. A career you can hold in your hands.

“Thirty-one years. I printed it. My granddaughter starts clinicals next fall.”— Pat, retired CRNA

Career Chapters FAQs

Is this another social network?

No. Career Chapters is private by default — no feed, no followers, no scoreboard. Share with one person, a small group, or no one. Your call.

Do I need to write anything?

Not a word, if you don't want to. Voice notes get transcribed and tagged automatically. The app is built for nurses with twelve-hour shifts, not journalers.

What happens to my data?

It stays yours. We don't sell it, share it with hospitals, or hand any of it to recruiters. If you want to share with family or a mentor, you pick exactly which chapters they see.

Can I add chapters from before Jemma?

Yes — start anywhere. A lot of nurses backfill the big stuff (NCLEX date, first job, certs) in one sitting, then add as they go.

How do I get access?

It's included with Jemma Pro ($29/yr founding, $39 after) and the Jemma Student Plan ($19/yr). Verify your account first — a pay stub if you're licensed, a .edu address if you're still in school — then subscribe whenever you're ready.

Does it connect to my pay data?

If you've verified rates in the salary explorer, those flow into your pay arc automatically. Nothing else gets shared the other direction.
