Your salary feeds aggregate statistics that only surface once we have at least five verified submissions for a given cut, with deeper percentile breakdowns unlocking at 30, 100, and 200. Your name, license number, and employer are never attached to anything a visitor sees.

We use it once, at verification, to confirm you're a practicing nurse (or a CNA with a state Nurse Aide Registry number). Licenses are format-validated and, where possible, cross-checked against state boards. They are never displayed alongside salary data and never exposed through any public-facing tool.
